Reporting Issues

When reporting an issue, include the following information to help us resolve it quickly:

  2. Integration method -- Widget, WordPress, Payment Link, etc.
  3. Payment ID or Transaction Hash -- If related to a specific payment
  4. Browser and wallet -- Chrome + MetaMask, Firefox + Rabby, etc.
  5. Steps to reproduce -- What you did leading up to the issue
  6. Expected vs actual behavior -- What you expected to happen and what actually happened
  7. Screenshots or error messages -- Any relevant visuals or console errors
